Since attending classes at Spark Studio in 2002, Michael has been given exposure to exhibit and sell his paintings. He likes to draw and paint from resource materials, and scenery. His subjects include buildings, cities, and people.

By coming to Spark Studio  it gives him the opportunity to get out of the house, and to meet other people.

Michaels interests are watching television programs like Shortland St and Coronation Street, and the news. He also likes to write letters.

He attends computer training classes, and in the past has attended Woodwork classes.
